A RESOLUTION TO REPEAL RESOLUTION 2-2019

Resolution 2-2019 requires the Superintendent of Highways to file an undertaking acceptable to the Town Board for not less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000o), with a deductible of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500) executed by a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of New York, and the expense thereof shall be a charge against the Town.
